Evening Science A level Courses for Adults
If you want to study A-Level Biology and/or Chemistry but can’t spare the time during the day, then we might have a course for you. We provide a course of four hours per week in two, 2-hour sessions. We start in October and the courses end in mid- May. The fee for 2026/27 will be £2500 per course plus exam fees (around £250 per subject). There is a 5% discount for two courses. This fee includes expert tuition in classes of 4 or 5 students and all the endorsement practicals!

What you’ll cover

Taught by very experienced tutors, our courses cover the essentials of the AQA A-Level Biology and Chemistry specifications, including key practical elements. The tutorials will be an opportunity for you to discuss your particular difficulties.

What makes our courses extremely effective and excellent value is that we also include the Practical Endorsement. A full Science A-level consists of three written papers and a practical endorsement. The practical component of A Level science courses is essential since at least 15% of marks will be related to the practical tasks and techniques (CPACs). Assuming you reach the required standard you will receive a 'Pass' for the practical endorsement. Most undergraduate science (and some other courses) will require a pass in the practical endorsement as well as a grade or UCAS points.
