Easter Revision

At school, because of the demands made by a full timetable, large classes and the syllabus/coursework deadlines, it is difficult for teachers to give their students much examination practice or to go through past papers at length. Hence revision courses are particularly helpful for those students who lack confidence and would benefit from explicit tuition in examination techniques.

Campbell Harris run a full quota of revision courses at Easter. 

We offer AS and A2 practical courses to cover the Edexcel Chemistry and Physics specifications (one course per subject per level).  These courses run for 4 consecutive mornings or afternoons.  The fee is £400 for Chemistry and £350 for Physics.  These courses tend to fill up quickly so early booking is recommended. The dates will be as below.  Please enquire by emailing principal@campbellharris.co.uk

GCSE, AS and A2 courses involve a blitz of 4 half-day courses either 9.30-1.00 or 1.30-5.00. It is possible to do six to eight courses over the three to four week Easter Revision period!

* £225 per course (15% discount for bookings of two or more group courses. Additional discounts are available for block bookings etc.)

For all revision courses
Homework set Monday toWednesday or Tuesday to Thursday evenings, marked and returned by end of week or with reports;
Reports - with full comment and marks, posted to parents at end of courses;
Timed tests;
Past papers & notes to take home;
Individual problems addressed;
70-80% of syllabus usually covered in a full course;
Group size maximum around 7.
